SHIPPING
All our products are handmade in North Carolina and ship from Wilmington, NC. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be hand sewn and delivered. All orders ship via UPS, and you will receive tracking information in a separate confirmation email once your order is being processed for shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom bags are made to order and may not be returned or exchanged. We are pleased to allow you to customize almost all of our products with your choice of pattern and color. Significant product development, exacting specifications and construction detail goes into the design of every Holly Aiken product before it is introduced to the market. For this reason, no alterations can be made in the size or structure of the product. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be hand-crafted. Choose your style, select your pattern and colors... the combinations are endless!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom items — no returns on custom designed bags. Please ship your unused, tagged items back to us.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds are made to the original form of payment and will post in 3–5 days.
